According to Lawyer 2B, the game tests the tenacity and perseverance of potential trainees, as well as how they respond under pressure.

    huge.103.518713“I did not sleep for three nights.”… “After that appalling experience, I was stuck in bed for three days”… “Best investment in me I ever made”… “They are OK if you are used to doing multiple choice questions – not all cultures are”…  This is a selection of the comments that we collected, while interviewing senior executives on their personal experience of participating in psychometric testing.  There was a great deal of emotion involved in what the interviewees related to us, and it is clear that, even if psychometric testing has become commonplace, for both internal and external opportunities, it is far from being unanimously popular, regardless of who you are or where you come from!

  • USE OF PSYCHOMETRICS TO GROW TO 87% BY 2016 IN INDIA

    d6840fda416f9a366c56ff93bcb818 February 2014 – Tata Strategic Management Group (TSMG), an Indian-owned management consulting firm, published a new study on ‘Psychometrics in Indian Organisations.’ They found that organisations are progressively employing psychometric instruments to support decisions for talent processes like recruitment & selection, leadership development, succession planning, high performance identification, team allocations etc. The survey suggests adoption rate of psychometrics could increase to 87% by 2016 in the Indian organisations.

  • Assessment Day at the Talent Club of Cercle Magellan

    magellan-portraitOn 4th February 2014, Antoine Tirard, co-author of “Révélez vos Talents” and Stéphane Moriou, President of MoreHuman Partners, were invited by the Talent Club of Cercle Magellan to facilitate a one-day workshop around the theme « The Art and Science of Assessment ».

    Interacting with an audience of around 40 members from the Club, heads of talent of multinational companies, they provided a panorama of assessment tools since their origins until now, and discussed the question of how to chose the right tool. In the afternoon, members learned about the Hogan suite of of personality assessments and discovered their own profiles.
