Christopher James is Learning and Development Director at Rexel, the global leader in electrical product and solution distribution.

He has 25 years of professional human resources experience, gained across a variety of sectors,
and in highly international organizations.  His early years were spent at Diac, Europcar and Méridien SA.  He then took on roles as HR Director, first of Warner Bros, and then of Plastic Omnium, in the auto supplies industry.

Christopher is bicultural and bilingual, and has a degree in Philosophy and Applied Linguistics from the University of Kent.  He also has a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from CELSA.  In the course of his leadership development activities, which span corporate universities and management competency work, he has become certified in several psychometric tools.

He is a co-author of the “French-English Human Resources Dictionary” (Editions Liaisons), and teaches at CELSA.

Antoine Tirard is an international talent management consultant, as well as a trainer and executive coach. He is the head of NexTalent.

For more than 20 years, he held human resource and talent development director positions within multinational groups such as LVMH Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton, Novartis, Clifford Chance and L’Oréal.

He has an MBA from INSEAD, as well as a Master’s in Human Resource Management from CELSA. His Coaching certification comes from International Mozaik and he is a licensed practitioner of several psychometric tools, including MBTI, Hogan, Lominger and Predictive Index.

Antoine regularly teaches courses on talent development at INSEAD and CELSA. Jose Miguel Sepulveda is a PhD student in Psychology and is the head of psychometric tool development at FuturSkill, a part of the Manpower Group.

Jose Miguel was previously at OPP Ltd (Oxford Psychologist Press), where he was a trainer and consultant, running certification courses in MBTI tools. Prior to that, he was a consulting psychologist at Editions du Centre de Psychologie Appliquée, and trained HR professionals in various personality questionnaires as well as recruitment techniques.

He started out his career as a consultant in the international firm, Cubiks. Here he worked on PAPI personality questionnaires, and Assessment Center methods.

He has an advanced Master’s Degree in Workplace Psychology and is a certified practitioner of numerous psychometric tools, such as MBTI, Golden, FIRO-B, SOSIE, PAPI, D5D, NEO PI-R. He also runs a discussion forum on tests on the Viadeo professional social network.
